Specialty implantology (dental implants)
Dr. Kniha specializes in rehabilitation in the oral cavity by means of dental implants and immediate implantions; patients who suffer from tooth loss and wish to have medically and aesthetically high-quality dental prostheses are in the right place. The main focus of the practice is autologous bone augmentation without artificial bone materials as preparation for dental implants. The patient’s own bone, “the autologous bone,” is still the gold standard today. With modern surgical methods, it is possible to limit the harvesting site for bone augmentation to the oral cavity, even in extensive cases, thus avoiding extraoral bone harvesting, for example, from the pelvic bone. With the scientific research, application, and clinical development of ceramic implants, the Munich practice has created a unique feature.

Deep-acting, gentle, and effective physiotherapy—matrix rhythm therapy—is part of the practice’s wide range of services and brings immediate relaxation and pain relief to temporomandibular joint patients with CMD symptoms (craniomandibular dysfunction).
